Our Team at​ Speak, Learn and Grow consist of highly trained Speech Pathologists. All staff are practicing members of Speech Pathology Australia and regularly attend in-services to keep up to date with the latest assessment and therapy techniques.

Our Administration Support

Our friendly and professional support staff are an essential and highly valued part of our team at Speak, Learn and Grow Speech Pathology Services. Siobhan and Yvonne are usually the first people you speak to when you call us. They are well skilled to help you with booking and changing appointments, with making payments and claims and with general enquiries. They offer a warm and friendly welcome and have a can-do attitude towards solving any problems.

Elaria is a big believer in lifelong learning and participates in regular professional development. Elaria is trained in PROMPT for children with dyspraxia and the More Than Words Hanen Program.

She has a bachelor in Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences and a Masters in Speech and Language Pathology at Macquarie University.

In her spare time, she enjoys leisure walks, spending time with family and friends, building Lego and reading books.

She incorporates elements from both degrees into therapy by creating fun, active and playful sessions.

Nicole decided on her career path after volunteering at a rehabilitation centre and being inspired working alongside speech pathologists. She loves seeing improvement and building confidence in others.

Outside of work, Nicole is very active and at one stage was even on the Australian rowing team! She enjoys going to the gym, long runs and fostering animals.

Speech Pathology Services. Kerry is trained in PROMPT for children with dyspraxia, Lidcombe Program for stuttering, Hanen programs, Sounds-Write, Key Word Sign and Feeding therapy. She is a trained Orofacial Myologist and has sensory training to identify and support children’s sensory preferences, arousal levels and sensation patterns. She has extensive experience working with children with reading and spelling difficulties.

Her natural love of kids drew her into a profession focused on helping children. Kerry has a passion for teaching and building into the next generation of therapists.

In her spare time, she is an enthusiastic book-reader, tea-drinker, and avid crafter.

Kerry loves her work. She is not taking on any new clients but spends her time supporting and training the other therapists.

His decision to pursue this field stems from a personal experience of undergoing speech therapy as a child and receiving treatment at this very clinic nearly 25 years ago. Having encountered firsthand the challenges and frustrations, he deeply understands the importance of speech pathologists and their vital role in improving communication.

In his spare time Thomas as a passion for travelling, loves watching the Cronulla Sharks (win or lose) and playing sport like Oz tag and basketball. He also loves to cook and going to the beach in the summer.
