Our Team at​ Speak, Learn and Grow consist of highly trained Speech Pathologists. All staff are practicing members of Speech Pathology Australia and regularly attend in-services to keep up to date with the latest assessment and therapy techniques.

Our Administration Support

Our friendly and professional support staff are an essential and highly valued part of our team at Speak, Learn and Grow Speech Pathology Services.

Kylie and Kellie have many years of combined experience working with speech pathology clients and their young families. They are usually the first person you speak to when you call us, and are well skilled to help you with booking and changing appointments, making payments and claims, general enquiries, and for a nice chat.

All about Kerry

Kerry owns and manages Speak, Learn and Grow Speech Pathology Services.

Kerry is trained in PROMPT for children with dyspraxia, Lidcombe Program for stuttering, and Key Word Sign. She is trained to treat Auditory Processing Disorder and has experience with the MultiLit Reading Tutor Program for children with reading difficulties.

Her natural love of kids drew her into a profession focused on helping children. Kerry has a special interest in special education and helping children with special needs. In her spare time, she is an enthusiastic book-reader, tea-drinker, and avid crafter.

Kerry loves her work. She sees clients on Monday to Friday.

All about Sinead

Sinead moved from Perth, Western Australia to pursue her career in speech pathology in Sydney. She decided to become a speech pathologist after watching her brother receive speech therapy.

She is trained in the Lidcombe and Camperdown Programs for treatment of stuttering, and is certified in Key Word Sign. Sinead has a special interest in working with children with autism spectrum disorder.

When she is not working, Sinead loves making her own wheel-thrown pottery, and cooking up a storm at home.

Sinead sees our clients from Monday to Friday


All about Olivia

Olivia is in her final year of a Speech and Hearing Sciences degree at Macquarie University. She plans to continue her study next year with a Masters of Speech Pathology. Olivia has a passion for helping children with disabilities and wanted to become a Speech Pathologist after being around her cousin who has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other children with special needs. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys gardening, cooking and travelling.  


All about Elaria

Elaria is a speech pathologist with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Elaria became a speech pathologist to work closely with children and their families in a fun, meaningful and functional way.
In her spare time, she enjoys leisure walks, spending time with family and friends, and reading books.
Elaria sees clients on Monday to Friday.

All about Alexis

Alexis became a Speech Pathologist due to her passion to work with and help others. Alexis enjoys providing therapy that is fun, exciting and rewarding for her clients.

Alexis is trained in providing Picture Exchange Communication System (PECs) to help children communicate successfully. Alexis has a special interest in working with children with literacy and speech difficulties.

When not working, Alexis enjoys playing netball, reading books and relaxing at the beach. 

Alexis sees clients on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.


All about Kylie

Kylie brings years of experience in Children’s Services to the Speak, Learn and Grow team. She has previously worked as the Director at a long day care centre and as an Educator Support at a family day care centre. She is a valued member of the Speak, Learn and Grow administration and reception team and has been with us since 2016. Kylie is very family focused; she is married with two lovely daughters. 


All about Kellie

Kellie is a valued member of the Speak, Learn and Grow administration and reception team. She has been a part of our team since June 2019. Kellie has worked in various medical reception and administrative roles encompassing family practice and specialist suite. Kellie is a travel enthusiast, runs a monthly book club, is passionate about food preparation and loves spending time with her 4 lovely children. 


All about Rebecca

Rebecca graduated from the University of Technology with a Masters in Speech Pathology. While she was completing her undergraduate degree, Rebecca was working as a swimming teacher and a before and after school care educator. During these roles, she developed a passion for children and the way they communicated. This was when Rebecca decided to pursue a career as a speech pathologist in order to make a real difference. She believes that supporting a child from a young age can help them create a positive future. She is motivated by seeing children reach their full potential while increasing their confidence.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys travelling, going to the beach and playing tennis.

Rebecca sees clients on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
